Is there a credit card that doesn't charge a fee for international transactions?
Q. I am studying abroad in Arezzo, Italy from January-June 2009. I am looking for a new credit card that doesn't charge international transaction fees or at least has a low, low rate. Also, if there is one that has a zero-percent balance transfer offer that would be great. Thanks for the assistance!

A. Capital One. Once you get one, you'll probably get solicitations for low-rate or 0% checks you can use for just about anything.
